DESCRIPTION:The SAMRU Food and Hygiene Drive aims to supplement the Main Care Cupboard in the Peer Support Centre with donations from the MRU community. These donations will help us to ensure that SAMRU has enough food and hygiene products to meet the growing need for care packages!\nThe donation period will be between November 18 and December 9.\nTargeted food items include:\n\nPeanut butter*\nCanned fruit*\nCereal and gluten-free cereal*\nWhite rice\nEggs*\nCanned meat and vegetables*\n\nTargeted hygiene products include:\n\nPads*\nToothbrushes and toothpaste\nRazors\nShampoo* and conditioner*\nBody wash*\nDeodorant*\n\n* = high demand item\nDonations can be dropped off anytime at the Peer Support Centre (Z210) or at our tabling events on November 19, 21, 26, 28, and December 3, 5, 2024. \n
