Building the Love You Want: Self Care and Compassion
Building the Love You Want offers monthly sessions that focus on learning the green flags in your relationships and getting to know who you are in relationships of all types — romantic and platonic. In this workshop, learn about self care and self compassion and how you can apply it to relationships. Learn when to use self care and compassion, how you can practice these, and how you can self soothe.
Meet in the MRU Library Boardroom (EL 4371A). Drop ins are welcome, and if you complete 4 of the 5 Building the Love You Want sessions, you will receive a certificate of completion!
