Stress Less: Virtual Edition

It’s that time of year again when students feel the stress that’s induced by late nights studying, last-minute changes to group projects, and the brain fog courtesy of Google Meet. SAMRU has your back! Twice a year, SAMRU hosts Stress Less Week to give you a little extra gas to make it through to your last final.

Stress Less ~virtual edition~ returns April 15-23 with modified online versions of your favourite stress-reducing activities.
