Stress Less Week: Full Schedule

Students tend to take on additional stress towards the end of the fall and winter semesters, when term papers, projects, last-minute assignments and finals prep are all coming to a head. That’s why SAMRU hosts Stress Less Week twice a year to give you that little extra boost you need to make it through to your last final!
All Stress Less programs and activities are free, so you can refresh your body and mind without leaving campus or spending a dime!

Exam Relief Food Cart

Schedule: 11:00 a.m. until supplies last

Puppy Room

Schedule: 11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.

April 11-14 The Galley (Z224, adjacent to the 2nd-floor lounge)

FREE Plants

April 11-14 Available for pick up (while supplies last) in the Peer Support Centre from 8:45-4:00 p.m.

*Free plants generously donated by the Mount Royal Sustainability Committee. 

DIY Crafts

April 11-14 Crafts available for pick up while supplies last. Please pick up crafts during Centre hours between 10:00-4:00 p.m.

Free 10-Minute Massages

Schedule: 12:00-2:00 p.m.

This Stress Less Week activity is presented in partnership with the MRU Massage Therapy program.

Find the massages on the 2nd-floor concourse by MRU Wellness  (by Jugo Juice and the spiral staircase leading to the MRU gymnasiums and Recreation).
