All Student Governing Board (SGB) candidates are required to attend the All-Candidates Meeting on Tuesday, January 25, 2021 at 12:30PM in Council Chambers. Candidates must be represented at this meeting either in person or by proxy (if by proxy, please inform the CRO via email at elections@samru.ca). It is strongly encouraged that if a candidate has a campaign manager they also attend this meeting.

The All-Candidates Meeting will have the following agenda:
a) The list of candidates will be announced;
b) Reasons for any rejected nominations will be explained;
c) Regulations for campaigning will be reviewed; and
d) Details on the “Candidate Public Introductions” at the Annual General Meeting will be provided.
