Stress Less Week

It’s that time of year again when students feel the stress that’s induced by late nights studying, last-minute changes to group projects, and the brain fog courtesy of Google Meet. SAMRU has your back! Twice a year, SAMRU hosts Stress Less Week to give you a little extra gas to make it through to your last final.

Stress Less ~virtual edition~ returns April 15-23 with modified online versions of your favourite stress-reducing activities. Check out the line up for Stress Less Winter 2021:

April 15-23YouTube video instructionsDIY craft! String Painting is an easy way to create beautiful artwork with a simple piece of string or yarn. Starting on April 15, craft bags are available for pick-up at the SAMRU Service Hub (Z222) for the first 40 students to complete this Google Form.

SAMRU knows that during stressful times self-care can look different for everyone, students will also have free access to Bright’s online health and wellness programs until the end of December. Explore hundreds of live, virtual classes each week, including fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, yoga, and keynote speakers.
