Your Students’ Association is still available for you over the spring and summer!

Spring has officially sprung in Calgary; now, let’s pray it stays. Whether you’re taking up spring classes, gaining experience through an internship, or working for the summer, there are still many services available to students through SAMRU! Don’t forget to give yourselves a break and take time to relax – you’ve earned it!

Student Advocacy Resource Centre

Have an academic or non-academic concern and need support? Contact the Student Advocacy Resource Centre (SARC)! SARC provides confidential services, support and options for individual students experiencing academic and non-academic advocacy concerns and questions. If you’re experiencing a situation that is affecting your success at Mount Royal University, the Student Advocacy Resource Centre may be a support to you. View a complete list of services and book an appointment here.

My Student Benefits Plan: Spring and Summer Benefits

If you have coverage with SAMRU’s Student Health & Dental Plan, you are covered over the spring and summer semesters! Your coverage lasts until August 31, 2022, and for those returning in the fall – your coverage will be renewed automatically in the next academic year.

Are you not returning to MRU? Remember to utilize some of your health and dental benefits before your coverage runs out.

If you have questions about your coverage or how to submit a claim, check out the Student Health & Dental Plan online.

Conveniently located in the basement of Wyckham House, you’ll find a dental officepharmacy, and our newest service, an optometrist!

Check them out and take advantage of the competitive rates and offers for students.
