For over 40 years, the SAMRU Awards have highlighted and celebrated post-secondary excellence at Mount Royal University (MRU). On April 11, students, faculty and community leaders gathered in Wyckham House for the SAMRU Awards.
The SAMRU Student Governing Board (SGB) was on hand for the ceremony and had the distinct honour of presenting over $42,000 in awards.

This year, we continue that proud tradition by shining a spotlight on the students who make our community extraordinary.
Whether you’re a nominee, a supporter, or simply want to celebrate the end of the semester, join us for a night of recognition and prestige. The event will be taking place in Wyckham House with cocktails starting at 7:00 p.m. and the awards ceremony starting at 8:00 p.m.
